Add all the ingridents of sandes in a food processor and blend to a smooth and fine batter.
To a non stick pan, add the mixture and cook in slow flame.
Stir contiously,to avoid the lumps and the moisture is completely dries up.And the mixture is smooth and tight.
Now transfer the mixture to the square shape aluminum tray and spread it evenly.
Set aside to cool.
Now add water and saffron to the frying pan, bring to boil.
Now add the condensed milk and cook for 2 minute.
Transfer the saffron/keshar layer on the set sandesh layer and spread it evenly
Set it in fridge for 2 hours for best result and then cut it into desired shape and serve.
